Inside Sales Coordinator
Job description
We are looking for a hard working individual with at least 3 years of customer service and sales experience to work with, manage, maintain, service and help grow our retail sales channels in Canada and USA. These retail channels include our existing Global ecommerce websites and also multiple National and International retail partners.
Qualified candidates must have a positive, self-motivated energy and an ability to to work both individually and within a group | team environment.
Role is salary and commission based.
Qualified candidate must have a combination of the following skills:
Minimum 3 year’s work experience in customer service.
Minimum 3 year’s work experience in online sales
Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform
Experience with Amazon ecommerce platform
Understanding of the specifics of selling consumer goods online
Out of box thinker
Problem solver
Team oriented
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work with Microsoft Office products
Must have ability to commute to Stouffville, Ontario area 5 days a week
